Foreign/International Licenses

Kenner sub-licensed the Star Wars products that they developed to partners around the globe right through the vintage line and beyond. The likes of Kenner Canada, Palitoy (UK and Europe), Meccano (France), Toltoys (Australia and South East Asia), Takara (Japan), PBP (Spain) and parent company General Mills (Germany) produced large offerings for local and international markets. It is not unusual to find these products in countries other than their initial, intended markets. Dozens of rarities exist for these licensees, though often the principal difference between their offerings and Kenner's will be only the company's logo or mail-away address on card backs.
