Payment and Shipping

Payment Terms:

Buyers are generally expected to pay within 5 days of any purchase, unless prior arrangements are made. All items include a 30 day money-back guarantee, as long as the item is returned in the condition it was sold in.

Layaway terms:

A layaway period of 6 months is generally granted to clients as long as consent is confirmed prior to purchase. A period up to 12 months is generally available on higher priced items. Please contact CIB to confirm details for both. 

Payment Methods:

PayPal is our preferred payment method, but we also accept credit cards directly as well as most other methods. If you would like to use a method of payment other than PayPal, please contact us directly.

Shipping Methods:

Domestic shipments will be sent via either USPS or UPS Ground. International shipments will be sent via either USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International, or UPS Worldwide International. Shipping charges are based on our actual shipping costs (which may be estimated prior to mailing), plus our actual cost for new packaging materials. International shipping quotes do not include any duties or taxes which may be assessed by your country. These fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to use an alternate, but comparable shipping method if necessary. We use new packaging materials and pack items very carefully to ensure they arrive safely.

Return Policy:

All items come with a 30 day money-back guarantee, excluding shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold in.
