Palitoy 30 backs have long been among the most sought after of all European carded figures, for a period that stretches right back into the early to mid 1990s. Examples remain difficult to find, with condition a big factor and concern for collectors.
This pristine Hoth Stormtrooper traces back to a small find of uncirculated figures from opened case, and is AFA at 85 or gold level. None are graded higher.
30 backs have a strong collector following because of the large font, brightly colored Palitoy logo, and the unique design and layout of the card's back. A bright blue upper portion features prototypes of the first 10 ESB figures painted in non-production colors.
